•1 Cup Butter •¾ Pint Heavy Cream •¾ Cup Romano Cheese
•½ Cup Parmesan Cheese •1 small Garlic Clove, minced
•Salt & Pepper to taste •8 Oz Mushrooms, sliced
•2 Chicken Breasts, halved •2TBSP Butter
•¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
