This should be interesting. I watched a Youtube video on using ChatGPT as a coach for Zwift and training as a cyclist. I decided to give it a shot and see if it could help me progress. Yesterday was just a short (1 hour) ride with D. Taylor around Tick Tock. Today is where the fun begins. I'm going to be doing an FTP Ramp test to set my baseline. I haven't done an FTP test in months so I have no idea what to expect. Then, for the next eight weeks, I'll be following the plan ChatGPT worked out. Let's see how it goes.
