Sherry Wallace shares information about the organization, Speaking Proudly, and a their upcoming high school girls speaking contest at the Minnesota State Capitol in November in which girls will give an 8 minute speech on our US Constitution around the theme of how the "Consent of the Governed" has lasted the last 250 years.
The deadline for registering is September 15, 2025. The winner will earn a grand prize of $2500 (2nd prize - $2000, 3rd prize - $1500) and the opportunity to speak to the House of Representatives.
