This is the Greenpoint, Brooklyn walking tour video I filmed in January 2024. I walked around the neighborhood Greenpoint in Brooklyn, NY next to Williamsburg, a bit close to Bushwick, close to Long Island City and Maspeth in Queens, and East Village in Manhattan. Greenpoint is home to a large Polish-American community that used to be filled with Polish immigrants and the neighborhood would sometimes be called "Little Poland" in northern Brooklyn. As of now, it's evolving with hipster culture and the community contains traditional Polish stores, restaurants, and bakeries. There's also trend-setting restaurants to dine in, nice bars and live music venues. Galleries and artist studios are found in most converted warehouses like any other hipster community. Greenpoint is next to the East River with a waterfront and nice local parks to view midtown Manhattan from your direction. It used to have a lot of Poles living there, but in today's world, there's not much Polish people living there. There's still some that call Greenpoint home along with the hipster population and other ethnic groups. The median household income is around $60,500 as a newly average and that number is skyrocketing since living in New York is becoming very expensive day by day, which is crazy.
