Morning Musings: Trumps Tyrannical Takeover

They wrote the law and are now understanding the potential for abuse. Does it need to be done? Yes the results of the polices of the last 20 years make this unavoidable. Be glad it's not one of the other recent politicians who could've made this move in the opposite direction. Do I think trump will go full furher? No. Could he be manipulated into it? Without a doubt. We'll have to wait and see but I'll leave you with a couple of caveats. DC is the 3rd more surveilled city on the planet iirc. Yet nothing is done about crime. The standing US army is around 1 million. There are reportedly 420 million firearms in the hands of the public to prevent the takeover of the country by military dictatorship. It would seem that those who have the most to hide/lose are the ones screaming loudest. This doesn't violate posse commatus btw.
