Where do you find God?

Everyone has an idea where God might be. And yet the process of reaching for Him is different from one culture to another, from one individual to another.
Old beliefs placed God on the map of physicality mostly. Basically starting with the Eve in the garden eating the apple. After the prime couple came to physicality the process of returning started. Because people were closer to the animal version of him, the idea of finding God in physical places made sense for that period. In order to reach for Him many people went through devastating wars. Mythology shaped the path for religion. And with that a new chapter has started. Ancient texts combined together created books in which many people found refuge and peace. This is music for the ears of many followers.
Modern beliefs instead talk more about God being a universal entity. He has the role of shaping our destiny but not in the same severe manner like in the past. A new construct has emerged and that is the free will. The man decisions become more important for him and even if God will always be with the man, He gives him more freedom in shaping his destiny. At least this is what new ideas are saying.
We live in a physical and a non physical reality at the same time. If you like games you can find Him even under rocks. But if you were presented the beauty of staying still, you might find Him in your essence.
