Friendship Bread

Starter, Day 1
.25 oz active yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1Cup flour

Days 2-3 mix
Day 4, add
1Cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Days 5-7 mix
Day 8 add
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Day 9 mix

Day 10 bake

Divide starter, into one cup portions. Save one cup for baking, one cup for your next starter, you can freeze the others, or give them to friends.

Recipe
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
One cup starter
Three eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
One cup sugar
2 cups flour

Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, dried, or fresh fruit. Bake 325 for 40 to 50 minutes..
