A relationship is not a partnership — that’s one of the biggest lies in modern dating. In this talk, I break down why men and women aren’t the same, why the idea of a 50/50 partnership rarely works, and what men must do to win in today’s dating marketplace. From building your life before seeking a partner, to understanding how to adapt to women at different stages of life, this is a reality check for anyone navigating modern relationships. Whether you agree or disagree, this conversation will make you think about leadership, roles, and what it really takes to build a successful relationship in the modern world.

Description:
A relationship is not a partnership that's another common lie in modern day dating. Here are some questions:
Do you prefer a man that is taller than you idealistically speaking?
Do you prefer a man that is stronger than you?
Do you prefer a man that makes more money than you or at least your equivalent if not preferably better remember this is your ideal guy?
Do you prefer a man that is more confident than yourself?
Do you prefer a man that is more experienced than yourself?

Basically most of you women are describing a man superior and then expect that man to come in and have a partnership with you whatever he might Excel. The woman thinks she can add value in other ways because it's not always about being physically on the same level with that person. For certain requirements that complement each other in other ways and still be equal in that sense. Men and women are not equal at all. That's another fallacy that we have in modern day dating culture which leads to so many women believing that we are. We're not the same. There's certain things that men can do that women can't do and vice versa as we're different. We're designed to complement each other and not to believe in Partnerships. Men come in to lead and women follow. It's funny because women typically want a man like that but at the same they act like they don't want a man like that because others might say.

Here's the thing: any woman will describe the man that they need, what every woman wants but they think that they're going to go into religion with a man that's better than them in every single metric and it's going to be an equal partnership or 50-50. It doesn't work that way there's always a leader there's always a decider and for it to work the man's got to be in the leadership role never the woman. Women can't lead anything here because it creates too much pressure as a man. Then if you woman wants to be like this Macho Man don't you think that's going to cause a lot of strain on a relationship?
