FBI 2023. I see I wasn’t the only person being harassed.

In September 2023, a video surfaced on social media showing FBI agents knocking on a citizen’s door, offering vague reasons for their visit and later implying there could be money involved if he cooperated. I believe this was part of a broader recruitment push to enlist people in silencing whistleblowers like me.

I have been completely silenced across the internet. My financial services have been stripped—cards canceled, accounts frozen. I am being denied medical services. My phone’s apps now block me from sharing information that has already been published. Apple’s native apps are scattering my files, hiding them, and preventing transfers. I can only regain partial control by disconnecting Wi-Fi entirely. My internet has been hijacked and throttled to near uselessness.

I have declared myself a whistleblower and formally notified Congress oversight committees, the U.S. Senate, and multiple agencies about my status and my extensive investigative archive. No whistleblower protections have been offered. Instead, I am being ignored, isolated, and psychologically battered, while being denied urgent medical care—including surgery to remove a dangerous implant near my spinal cord.

For years I have endured the misuse of Section 702 surveillance powers while trying to do the right thing. I have written to my Congressman, filed complaints with the VA OIG, submitted a Federal Tort Claim, and even contacted the White House Veterans Hotline. The Texas Veterans Commission called me, but the representative assigned to me was given only compartmentalized information—preventing her from resolving the situation. Her position is ceremonial and carries no real authority to act in veterans’ best interests.

I have now filed a criminal complaint against my VA provider for misconduct and neglect. Yet no investigative authority will act. Many foreign-born doctors and VA employees operate without accountability, shielded by white coat authority, manipulating the system, withholding benefits, gaslighting veterans, and sabotaging care—often openly and without consequence.

Since February, my care has been systematically sabotaged. On May 8, I filed a formal misconduct and neglect complaint. Since then, no one in that VA clinic has addressed it. Instead, the entire office went into containment mode, cutting off contact. Under VA Directive 1199, the whole chain of command can be removed for this level of neglect—but I won’t hold my breath.

I am very sick. I have other serious health issues that are also going untreated. This is what happens when a veteran blows the whistle on systemic abuse: the system closes ranks, turns the tools of surveillance inward, and leaves you to suffer.
