This is a rough translation: "The guy who is filming is asking the officers to identify themselves and show documents. I don’t think those are real police. Somebody actually yells to call the police. The camera guys sites article 18:3 which states that police are required to show their documents and identify themselves. Somebody yells that they are going to slash the tires and that they have a knife. Once the guy is freed, they continue to call them “lyudovi” (human catchers), animals, and some other names that cannot be posted here. Towards the end the woman yells “you have come to take our children to war, you would take my son”. One lyudolov replies “Lady…”; she interrupts and says “I am not a lady, I am a mother”.
