How YT Ruined My Life

“That title is probably click-bait.” You’re not completely wrong. Lol, YouTube was just one detail in the problems that I created for myself.

Why am I telling you this? Because as an aspiring author, I’m supposed to have an “online presence”, letting people know who I am, what I’m about, what I like, and of course, what I write.

I was nervous about joining Rumble because I’m not making political content. My goal is not to be polarizing. But, I wanted freedom from the invasion on YouTube.

I’ve written a two-part mystery. Honestly, its main theme is stopping child abusers. It’s pretty simple in that regard. Lol, but I LOVE my characters SO much. I put them into real situations that I’ve been in or that my loved ones have been in, and I fictionalized it so it’s more intense and exciting, and of course, unlike my real life, I get to see good winning over the bad. My characters struggle with what they’re doing, and whether it’s right or not, and there’s a lot of sweet relationships in my story. The first part is more action oriented, and then in the sequel, we see new relationships building around the action, and we get a glimpse of what life is like behind the scenes for all of the main characters.

So, in the effort to build this purportedly crucial online presence, why not come completely clean about who I am, and where I’m from?
