🚔 DUI Arrest with Dog in Car | Woman Fails Sobriety Test & Confronts Police

On September 16th, 2024, officers responded to reports of a vehicle driving erratically. They located the car parked on the shoulder — with a woman, a child, and several dogs inside.

During the traffic stop, the driver admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day and underwent a field sobriety test. The encounter quickly escalated, with tense exchanges between the woman and police.

She was ultimately arrested and charged with:
- DUI (Driving Under the Influence)
- Dog Endangerment

Her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was later confirmed above the legal limit. The woman’s brother arrived to take custody of her child but refused to take responsibility for the dogs at the scene.
