Check-List Things You Might Need After Construction

I wish I had a List of things I need after construction. A Water-Meter for your hose to accurately measure how many gallons your pond takes. That is important when administering Medications, how much Water Treatment/Dechlorinate. A 3 minute timer for feeding-anything after 3 minutes skim off left-overs to prevent 'over-feeding. A Vacuum to clean up debris to prevent Ammonia build-up. Shade-cloth to obtain 80 percent shade to curtail Algae Build-up. A small Tool-Shed to protect your Solar Powered Power Station from rain. A small Bar-B-Q shed for your Power Station from heat/sun. Two choices of Water-Proofing your pond. A pond heater in case you started late in the season, or to even condition your fish that came from Japan and think its Spring but actually you're going into Winter. Things I wish I had and/or knew before-hand.
