Lizbeth De Sa

Lizbeth is a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems Practitioner, educator, writer, laughter yoga leader, and conflict mediator. She writes and teaches about the multiple mind, applying IFS therapy to life. She is originally from England, though of Indian descent. She has lived in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and California, and now lives in South Carolina. She is the mother of two teenagers, she meditates, plays the piano, speaks French, and loves playing with her German Shepherd dogs.
