Drones are Reshaping Tomorrow’s Battlefield
The modern battlefield is no joke, and is much different than it was in past conflicts we were involved in. It is essential for our military to level up and adapt to the realities of technological advancements such as drones. William Thibeau highlights the importance of this preparedness in ensuring our success should we become involved more heavily in conflicts in the future. A U.S. Army Ranger Veteran and Director of the Claremont Institute’s American Military Project, Thibeau provides extensive expertise on the lessons we should learn from current wars, especially considering the impact of drones, which were responsible for 80% of casualties on both sides as they were employed by Russia in the Russia-Ukraine War. The United States needs to invest accordingly and be prepared to confront these advancements.
