Homemade Hair Gel Recipe:
• 2 cups of water
• 1/2 cup whole flaxseeds
• Optional: sprig of rosemary (for extra benefits + science talk)
• Boil 10 mins, stirring often
• Strain with fine mesh strainer or pantyhose while hot
• Store in jar — use within 2 weeks or refrigerate for longer use
