Secret of Dorian Gray 1970 movie review

Hello Smarties! Have y'all seen this 1970 adaptation of the Oscar Wilde novel? Alternate titles: Dorian Gray, The Secret of Dorian Gray, The god Called Dorian Gray, and The Sins of Dorian Gray (also the name of the 1983 movie, which I have reviewed). IMDb says it was released in August 1970 in Italy, then in the USA a few months later.

Open: Argument between Dorian and Basil. Then a still frame! Then horror music! Then... a love theme? Lol

Over all, it was closer to the book than the 1945, 1973, and 1982 versions. It seems like a fan of Oscar Wilde wanted to update the story for that decade.
