If you are short on time but still want to get jacked then check this out. I'm finishing up a shoulder workout with dumbbell lateral raises using a technique called "running the rack." It's basically an extended drop set where you start heavy and work your way down the entire rack, taking each weight to failure. Only do this in a caloric surplus, not during a hard cut.
