Medical Plane Crashes in Arizona, All 4 Onboard Killed

A medical transport plane headed to pick up a patient at a hospital in northeastern Arizona crashed shortly before landing, killing all four people onboard. The Beechcraft 300 aircraft was operated by CSI Aviation and went down near a small regional airport in the Navajo Nation on August 5, 2025. Investigators from the FAA and NTSB are working to determine what caused the fatal crash. The victims included flight crew and medical personnel. No patient was onboard at the time.
