In EP 101 of Frogman Friday, Ryan “Birdman” Parrott interviews Hector Delgado — Navy SEAL Veteran with 29 years of service, retired Lieutenant Commander, and former Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations. Hector is the founder of Trident Warfare, a veteran-owned apparel company serving Navy SEALs, special operations forces, first responders, and military units. He also serves as Director of Development for the Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida, and San Diego, California.

Hector shares stories from his time at SEAL Teams 2, 4, and 18, deployments with Task Unit Bruiser in Ramadi, Iraq, and operations in South America. He talks about preserving SEAL heritage through the SEAL Memorial, Trident House Charities, and building collaboration among veteran nonprofits.
