PS15 Janitor

PS15 janitor(s) seem to never go home. The whole way PS15 operates changed in 2008 and kept changing to make it a very loud and a very busy operation using “plausible” excuses. Few things are casual in this St., the spies’ idea is to have a very loud environment around my premises as much as they can as a harassment tool.
