In a recent legal development, a Texas district court judge, Maya Guerra Gamble, ruled on August 13, 2025, that Infowars' parent company, Free Speech Systems, must turn over its assets to a court appointed receiver to be sold off to pay approximately $1.3 billion in defamation judgments owed to Sandy Hook shooting victims' families. This ruling comes after a failed attempt by The Onion to purchase Infowars in a 2024 bankruptcy auction, with the latest decision potentially allowing The Onion to renew its bid while Jones has appealed the ruling and claims it is improper due to ongoing federal bankruptcy proceedings, vowing to continue the fight against the New World Order monstrosity until humanity regains it's foothold in a rational and lawful Civilization that will one day spread the dignity and genius of the human race across the Universe.
