Someone Brought Vanadium From GrapheneOS to Desktop

Trivalent brought patches from Vanadium plus some from Fedora, to make Chromuim much more hardened. There are some things missing, but it does work pretty well. If you need a basic browser that is hardened, this could be an option. Also, no google, as always.
