3️⃣ steps to get a new mailroom 📦 fob — HOA rules and all 🔑

Today’s mission: Get my tenants a working mailroom fob key so they can actually access their mail.
Here’s the 3-step process:
1️⃣ Get a money order from USPS because the HOA office doesn’t accept cash or card.
2️⃣ Visit the HOA office, pay the deposit, and receive the replacement fob.
3️⃣ Drop off the new fob at the rental home so the tenants are ready to go.
The old fob? Either misplaced or not returned by the last tenants — but in property management, we don’t waste time pointing fingers. We get the solution in place so the current tenants are happy and the property stays functional.
Small things like this matter:
