So much tech behind this IL that I discovered for the purpose of this singular time, I got a "perfect" Lobbah, TS Lobber into PMO Skip (which wasn't used in this IL), and the final spread sprinkle at the end (which Speedrunner Quincely0 suggested me).
This unties like 6 other people who had a 34 Root Pack too.
