The gunman is at large in North Windham, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office. Residents have been told to shelter inside and lock their doors. The order encompasses the area of Route 302 from Route 85 in Raymond to Whites Bridge Road in Windham and the surrounding side streets.
