🔥 Dieting is Spiritual?! 🤯

1 Corinthians 6:19 — “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you…?”

Most people see dieting and exercise as “health goals.”
But if your body is the Holy Spirit’s home… then caring for it is a spiritual act — a way to draw closer to God.

In the Old Testament, God’s temple was kept spotless, supplied with the best, and maintained with care.
Your body — His living temple — deserves the same devotion.

When you choose fresh fruit over a processed snack, grilled salmon instead of greasy fast food, or drink water instead of soda — you’re not just “being healthy.”
You’re offering God your best.

When you take a morning walk while praying, lift weights while listening to Psalms, or stretch while meditating on His promises — you’re not just exercising.
You’re worshiping with your body.

And here’s the part most people miss: physical discipline builds spiritual strength.
Every rep, every healthy choice, trains you in the fruit of the Spirit — self-control — and God delights when you bear it.

This isn’t about chasing a number on the scale.
It’s about training the temple so the glory inside it can shine.
Because when you move with Him and eat to honor Him — your whole life becomes an altar.
