Vigil for journalists slain in Gaza: Event in south Africa honours more than 270 killed

Journalists in South Africa have gathered for a vigil honouring media worker in Gaza, killed by Israeli attacks.
It follows the murder of four Al Jazeera journalists in a targeted strike on Sunday.
