Homemade Scout Rifle – Rumble Exclusive

This is another one of my homemade rifles. This is a bolt action 222 that uses an internal magazine. The rifle is inspired by Jeff Cooper’s scout rifle idea. There is a forward mounted red dot. The barrel is 18” long and is 1:14 twist. The barrel was a Shilen barrel blank. The stock is made of mahogany and has been coated with boiled linseed oil and red dye. The buttpad is brass and the stock has a walnut endcap. The trigger mechanism is unique and inspired from a Bill Holmes design. Let me know if you want to see more. Be safe and God bless.
