Loyalty is one thing that young boys and girls cry for these days, complaining that there is none left in the world. The word ‘loyal’ means ‘true to the law.’

And to be true to the law of relationship — that is absolutely necessary.

And in this modern world with so many excuses, so called distractions, obsessions, and delusions, and a life lived so superficially — where do you find such faithfulness?

We hear it all the time: couples cheating on one another, the husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, the office affairs l, divorces and so on. This is what fills our ears these days, and there seems to be great uncertainty among the masses.

So the question is — this so-called thing called loyalty — is it something to be demanded from others, or something to have within oneself?

To be true to oneself is to be true to the whole world.
What does it mean to be true to oneself?

For me, Is it to know for yourself that you will not do such ugly things to another person mentioned earlier.

And isn’t that what is expected from all of us?
Not to cheat, not to double date, not to hurt the other consiously.

You cannot guarantee another’s moves and acts— but you can be aware of your own.
You can be certain in yourself.

And that… is loyalty."
Loyalty is not demanded it is in you or it is not; and the other becomes irrelevant. It does not mean the other can do anything he or she wants, on to contrary you are in the state of non attachment non possession therefore no possibility of getting her and not to get hurt is much more important than seeking loyalty from others.
