Littlestown Area School District Superintendent Dr Timothy Mitzel mocks a board member who is explaining why the organizational chart they are going to vote on needs to be corrected to accurately show that the School Board Directors and above the Superintendent and not beside the board as the current one reflects. Instead the Superintendent mocks the board member with disdain and disrespect 😤
