Hook: Partridge CS5-9X, #4
Thread: Danville 210 Denier, White, Danville 70 Denier, Red & Black
Body: Danville Silver/Gold Mylar Tinsel, #10, Silver
Underbelly: Bucktail, White
Throat: Schlappen, White
Wing: Four to Six strands of Peacock Herl, Two Full length Jungle Cock feathers the length of the bucktail and peacock herl.
Shoulder: Duck Breast feather dyed Red
Cheek: Jungle Cock
Head: Black with a Red Band

Here is the latest Carrie Stevens stream and it is the Shang's Special. The gentleman who got Carrie Steven's into tying flies was Charles E. Wheeler (Shang). Shang was a client of Carrie's husband, Wallace who was a guide in the Rangeley region. She tied three patterns to pay respects to him and the Shang's Special was one of them. --Enjoy
