Complicit State of New Jersey Judges engage in “SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY” (Title 18 US Code 2384) as an “ENEMY” (Title 50 U.S. Code 2204) executing “DOMESTIC TERRORISM” (Title 18 U.S. Code 2331) and TREASON (Title 18 U.S. Code 2381) against the Petitioner, the Farmers of New Jersey, and “the People” of America by weaponizing judicial authority which requires strict adjudication in an Article III Court with Trial by Jury.

The “Racketeering-Conspiracy” to steal by “Fraud and Swindle” the Farmer’s non- agricultural development rights and credits using “Land Preservation” non-profits, State Agencies, State Programs and State Agricultural Committees is grotesque injustice that irreparably harms all the State of New Jersey and America.

Judge James M. DeMarzo is a named complicit party in the case BETH v. DEANGELIS et al 2:25-cv-12408-JKS-AME in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Thus, Complicit Judge DeMarzo does not have judicial authority or jurisdiction in Superior Court Case DOCKET NO.: SSX-C-12-24, THE COUNTY OF SUSSEX and SUSSEX COUNTY AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, PLAINTIFF, V. SHYA BETH, MISTY BROOK MEADOWS, ABC CORPS. (1-10) and JOHN DOES (1-10), DEFENDANT; thus, all Complicit Judge Demarzo’s orders are Void, a nullity.

The Judicial Notice of Adjudicated Fact was not questioning whether a Writ of Habeas Corpus had been GRANTED by the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, but whether it had been FILED in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Superior Court Case DOCKET NO.: SSX-C-12-24 on June 24, 2025.

Complicit Judge DeMarzo August 12, 2025, denial of the Judicial Notice of Adjudicated Fact proves that he has seen and read the Writ of Habeas Corpus Complaints and Affidavits. Complicit Judge DeMarzo did not rebut or contest the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

As stated in the Writ of Habeas Corpus, Judge James M. DeMarzo (in his individual capacity) is engaged in “SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY” (Title 18 US Code 2384) as an “ENEMY” (Title 50 U.S. Code 2204) execute and enable “DOMESTIC TERRORISM” (Title 18 U.S. Code 2331) and TREASON (Title 18 U.S. Code 2381) against the Petitioner, the Farmers of New Jersey, and “the People” of America by weaponizing judicial authority which requires strict adjudication in an Article III Court with Trial by Jury.

Legal Maxim: He who does not deny, admits.

Complicit Judge DeMarzo’s denial is fraud upon the court. It is treason.

The checked “unopposed” box within the Record Notation box of the VOID Order in favor of the plaintiff, along with the statement made within the “Procedural History and Statement of Facts” in the fraudulent denial of my Motion that a Writ of Habeas Corpus was “allegedly” filed within the District Court for the District of New Jersey” are two more blatant attempts by the Judge to try to aid the cover-up of this bait and switch scheme.

The sly, underhanded movements by the Complicit Judge DeMarzo are proof of this court’s corruption and is another reason as to why this matter must be a Trial by Jury in an Article III court, as this Kangaroo does not have a court.
