8/15/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Loiter Show Up Gangstalking PERPS & Cops

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The weekend will be here very soon and I will need to get some more uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and colloabators to send off to the other innternnational group members. It would not do for me to be seen showing up empty handed in front of everyone else. There are always some uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps who will show up for me to make internet famous.

Any gangstalking perps and collaborators that show up to get internet famous, contributes to my perp collection quota withing the various international groups. I have multiple social media channels to fill up across different platforms.

Watch closely the these points in this video and they involved either police vehicle fake emergency street theatre acting, or civilian gangstalking perpetrator vehicles drive up to loiter and then leave. Non perps do not waste their time doing such retardedly meaningless tasks and risk getting internet famous for their inconvenience.

The blue Toyota car went to all the hassle of driving into the parking lot of the white building to only turn around and leave. Non perps do not do unnecessary actions to waste time to do nothing. They would have continued forward without making a big show of doing an extra loop.

The second loitering perp black truck in the one you should also be looking at. You will see a building parking lot that is separated into sections by a chain linked fence. Behind the rows of parked cars was a black truck driving through the drive way parking of the building parking lot. That truck drove through the building parking lot at night (12:00 am midnight) to only drive out the other side to park in street parking for about 5 minutes and leave really fast before I could come out side to get closer to the black truck perp to make him internet famous. The perp retard has no clue that I had already previously recorded his same black truck in other past videos that I had passed along. You can see that black truck bright headlights while loitering, beyond the two white ride share company vehicles parked on the street.

The last portion of this video are the black and white police vehicles. That was a fake emergency street theatre act to appear like they are actually doing real police work for the tax payers money. What they are really doing is coordinating the civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators, while doing police flashing lights and sirens psychological intimidation.

I am not going to miss any opportunities to make use of the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to get some extra points with my fellow international group associates at those online and offline meetings with them.
