This here is the Seated Row Pull.
105 KGS,
First set,
Top Set
Lite
12+ reps is the lite rep range goal, including the cheat reps.

I let the negatives pull a bit more on my left side, and you can see if you look closely because that is my non dominant side, creating a more even stimulus.

Great exercise to add for your horizontal pulling movements for back day - especially if you can't or dont want to deadlift. 💪
