(RAD: Pepe noticed that both Putin & Trump acknowledged to each other that they were in Anchorage to help each other. Since I've been following Russia for many years, I've learned that they have carefully analyzed the political environment in the US & Europe that Trump has to navigate. They are also very well aware of Trump's personality, business accomplishments, life & what is important to Trump. The Russians were very skillful with taking all of these issues into account. As an example, Trump has repeatedly said that if he was the President, instead of Biden, there would have been no war in Ukraine. Putin publicly acknowledged this & probably said this more than once to Trump.

Their private discussions lasted for about 150 minutes, almost 3 hours. Pepe & Danny both pointed out that no one expected this level of discussion. People in the know were concerned with how Trump might react. It was clear that the Russian team was very aware of the political dynamics. Obviously they were very careful in restating the root causes that must be addressed to bring this conflict to an end. Trump is now saying that it is better to first work out the peace treaty, instead of starting with a cease fire. Of course, it is going to be interesting to see whether Trump can convince Zelenskyy, NATO. and neocons in the US to pursue peace instead of prolonging this war. As Pepe explains, Trump now has a 'plan B' if these people refuse to see the light.

It is still clear that Trump doesn't understand BRICS and the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization). Possibilities of 'business deals' always catch Trump's attention. Pepe brought up a number of possibilities, including allowing Exxon-Mobile back into Russia. Trump is not going to be able to split up any of the key players in BRICS, as he has been trying to do.

You really need to listen to this entire discussion, since they coved so many issues that are important to understand where things are and some of the possibilities going forward, including serious 'roadblocks' that must be dealt with. If the right people don't wake up, Ukraine will finally have to face reality when their military is totally defeated on the battlefield. Ukraine is a proxy conflict against Russia being waged by NATO (the US is head of NATO). Their objective has always been to defeat Russia & split it up into smaller regions subservient to the West.
