Frying up some Turkey Bacon

Turkey Bacon is a favorite of ours. Often times when you go get breakfast out, which we don’t do all the time but on occasions we like to meet up with family for breakfast. They either don’t offer Turkey bacon or when they do, it’s not good. It tastes like cardboard. I think that would deter anyone from it. This is how I fry it and y’all it tastes so delicious and crispy. Have y’all ever made it like this? I’d like to know if y’all ever made it like this and what you think.
