Frying an egg

This is my favorite way to eat an egg. I do like scrambled and omelettes but for making an egg sandwich or eating on a biscuit, this is my favorite. I never know what it’s called. I just say a fried egg when we go to the restaurants they always look at me like they don’t know what I’m talking about or the egg comes out and it runny. I’ll throw up if I see any runniness and ruin everyone’s meal. The texture gets me. So if someone knows the correct description, I’d truly appreciate you telling me.
