This could be completely false, I have no clue??

According to this video:

There are some Private Islands in the Pacific run by Echelon Dynamics. They bought the island decades ago to carry out a horrific social experiment, where they populated the island with “Orphans” and “Human Embryos” and brainwashed them to believe they are the last survivors of a Global Catastrophe that wiped out all the rest of Civilization.

The towns are like from the 1950’s, clean streets, but they fed constant propaganda and they believe they are last remnants of humanity left living in the ONLY safe haven left on Earth.
