Portal 2 Is Incredible... Except When It’s Not

I just played Portal 2 for the first time, and... wow. It’s brilliant, except for the parts where it’s not.

What starts as a light, almost playful follow-up quickly spirals into something much bigger: a mix of pure puzzle joy, strange detours into Aperture’s dusty underbelly, and some of the funniest (and most frustrating) moments I’ve had in a game. This video is part review, part retrospective, part “why does blue gel hate me,” and all from the perspective of someone coming in completely blind. No spoilers, no trailers, nothing.

If you’ve ever wanted to revisit Portal 2 through fresh eyes, with all the surprises, missteps, and magic intact... this video’s for you.
