Last week, the Trump Administration took two big, but seemingly unrelated steps: first, Trump signed an Executive Order authorizing military force against international drug cartels, and second, Attorney General Pam Bondi raised the bounty on the head of Venezuela's president from $25M to an extraordinary $50M.

Those may seem unrelated, but when you learn what is laying dormant deep under Venezuela's ground, you won't be surprised at the pieces that seem to be coming together!
