RIGHT TO PROTEST DENIED? WAPOL BLOCKS Demonstration at Its Own Doorstep. STUART Protests Anyway!

When police blocked Stuart's planned demonstration at the Perth Police Centre, WAPOL may have thought the protest was over before it began. But Stuart wasn’t backing down. This video covers the clash over the right to protest, WAPOL’s refusal to allow the rally, and what happened when Stuart decided to stand his ground anyway.

Stuart Chapman is protesting what he calls the mismanagement of the Perth Police Centre by Superintendent Walsh and WA Police Commissioner Col Blanch. He accuses Walsh of lying and says their leadership has fallen far below acceptable standards. Chapman is demanding their resignation, arguing WA taxpayers should not fund leaders who, in his view, have failed in their duty to uphold their offices with integrity.

Stuart Chapman has taken legal action against the Commissioner of Police for denying his lawful right to protest.

The court has scheduled a directions hearing (a short hearing where the judge sets out how the case will move forward) for:
12:00 pm on 29 August 2025

Both Stuart Chapman and the Commissioner of Police (or their representatives) must attend the hearing in person.
