08.17.25 Jesus The Contrarian - Jesus Values Love In All Relationships

Continuing the message series called “Jesus the Contrarian.” This week we focus upon the theme “Jesus Values Love In All Relationships.” We live in a culture where we’re expected to have enemies. We’re expected to not only have disagreements but to hate the people with whom we disagree. But Jesus offers a contrarian approach to treating people who dislike us, dismiss us, or wish harm upon us. Jesus teaches what might be His most radical and contrarian lesson in Matthew 5:43-48. We’ll focus upon three ideas from those verses that could revolutionize how we think about relationships.
