Silent Hill 2 - (Remake) - 2024 - Playthrough - 19 - Historical Society

We start off in the historical society and end up in Toluca Prison.

There is a section in this playthrough, that I will call the bug room. It took me five minutes to realize i was working off of the wrong premise - mainly that the 3 digit code would be made up of keys marked in blood. I paused the game and thought for a second and decided that it must be the opposite because pressing the button would remove the blood from the button. After that revelation, i was able to open the door on my 4th attempt.

Silent Hill 2 is an survival horror game developed by Bloober Team and published by Konami. It is a remake of the 2001 game of the same name, originally developed by Team Silent, a group within Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo (KCET). It will be the first major installment in the Silent Hill series since Silent Hill: Downpour (2012). Like the original game, it follows James Sunderland (Luke Roberts), a widower, who returns to the eponymous town of Silent Hill upon receiving a letter from his deceased wife, Mary, who claims to be waiting there for him.
