Looking back, I probably wasted a TON of ammo on this guy. As long as you pay attention, you should be able to do what I did at the end for the entire fight. Basically wait for him to charge you and dodge and immediately hit him / it with a charged heavy. Rinse and repeat.

Silent Hill 2 is an survival horror game developed by Bloober Team and published by Konami. It is a remake of the 2001 game of the same name, originally developed by Team Silent, a group within Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo (KCET). It will be the first major installment in the Silent Hill series since Silent Hill: Downpour (2012).
