“The Jesus of the Qur’an”

In the first century, there were groups that wanted to claim Jesus, but they reimagined Him in various ways. The Ebionites denied His preexistence. Docetists denied His physical incarnation. John wrote his gospel to expose these false claims about Jesus and explain the Jesus they must believe on to be saved. The Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians, warning about those who come declaring “Another Jesus.” (2 Corinthians 11:4) Is the Jesus of the Qur’an the Jesus of Scripture and history, or is it another Jesus?“
