Isaac Clarke is an everyman engineer on a mission to repair a vast mining ship, the USG Ishimura, only to discover something has gone horribly wrong. The ship's crew has been slaughtered and Isaac’s beloved partner, Nicole, is lost somewhere on board.

Now alone and armed with only his engineering tools and skills, Isaac races to find Nicole as the nightmarish mystery of what happened aboard the Ishimura unravels around him. Trapped with hostile creatures called Necromorphs, Isaac faces a battle for survival, not only against the escalating terrors of the ship but against his own crumbling sanity.

In this playthrough we cover:

Chapter 4 – Obliteration Imminent:
Isaac returns to the Bridge of the USG Ishimura, where Hammond warns that a massive asteroid strike could tear the ship apart. To save everyone, Isaac must manually recalibrate the ADS cannons in a dramatic EVA sequence while fending off Necromorphs in zero gravity. Inside the Bridge, he discovers evidence of Unitologist influence and the growing chaos among the crew before the outbreak. After restoring the defense systems, the situation briefly stabilizes, but the looming threat of the Marker begins to surface.

Chapter 5 – Lethal Devotion:
Isaac is sent to the Medical Deck again, where he encounters the deranged Dr. Challus Mercer, a Unitologist who believes the Necromorphs are divine evolution. Mercer unleashes the deadly Hunter — a regenerating Necromorph — forcing Isaac into tense chase sequences and frantic puzzle-solving to survive. Exploring the morgues and restricted labs, Isaac learns more about the Marker’s psychological effects on the crew. The chapter ends with Isaac escaping Mercer’s trap, but the Hunter remains a relentless threat stalking him.

Chapter 6 – Environmental Hazard:
With the ship’s oxygen supply at risk, Isaac travels to the Hydroponics Deck to eliminate a massive growth infecting the air systems. He must clear out toxin-spewing Wheezers scattered across the deck while surviving constant Necromorph attacks in dark, overgrown corridors. Dr. Elizabeth Cross guides him, desperate to save her partner, while signs of Dr. Temple’s tragic fate surface through logs. Isaac finally creates a lethal poison to weaken the Leviathan, setting the stage for one of the game’s most terrifying boss encounters (twice).
