In the wild, salt-bitten heart of Wales, where the cliffs of Aberdaron stand defiant against the Irish Sea, a boy named Richard Robert Jones was born beneath a harvest moon, destined to become more legend than man. Known as Dic Aberdaron, he wandered the hills with a cat at his heels, a ram’s horn at his lips, and a mind sharpened by languages and lore, his name stitched into tales of demons, ghostly hounds, and thistle-choked fields tamed by whispered words. Some called him a scholar, others a sorcerer, but all agreed, where Dic walked, wonder and dread followed.
