Mamdani has made waves not just in New York City but in the entire political sphere for his "radical" policy proposals. Mamdani has proposed policies like free buses in NYC, city run grocery stores and he has even proposed freezing the skyrocketing rents for millions of New Yorkers. So Mamdani's promises they sound bold and transformative but one question still remains. Will Mamdani actually deliver on these promises? Or is Mamdani just another one of the snake oil salesman, good for noting politicians, who will sell New Yorkers out for some spare change and a pop tart.
