I Believe It

We hear this often: “You should read the Bible.” But Why? Why get into the Word of God? Why? Because The Word of God is powerful, it is alive and active, and able to penetrate deep within our inner spiritual core and change us, (Hebrews 4:12) even change the direction of our lives, from bad to good, from slaves to sin, from a Malevolent Master, to a Benevolent Master, Jesus Christ. The Bible Is Life Transforming! I Believe It!

I believe it… the Word of God can change things up in us, in that way we never thought possible. I believe in the Word of God, I believe in it’s power to transform. (Romans 12:2) Jesus uses the Word of God to change us in that way only He can. How can it be? A Bible, which is over 2000 years old, still maintaining its veracity, still read, still believed, still transformative, and still sought after. Only God Could Do This, Miraculously So. This is God’s Word to us, to His people. (Matthew 4:4)

The Word of God is powerful, living, life changing and transforming in that way only God can. Jesus Christ is the Living Word of God. (John 6:63) I believe as I read the Word, I am having a conversation with God and that God is able to change me, equip me, and transform me, encourage me in that way no one else could ever do. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) I have experienced this life giving, transforming Word of God, and that is why I believe. I have been changed by the Bible, my soul has been healed by the Bible.

The Word of God is a spring of living water to our soul. (John 7:38) Jesus uses the Word to equip us. This is not just a book, it is real, it is proven not only by its transforming ways, but historical, archeological, also proves that the Bible is what it says it is, and what it says is true, a truth that stands the test of time. (Isaiah 40:8)

The Bible can change our lives, it can transform us. (Psalm 19:7-8) Yes, I believe in the power of the Word of God. Do you? I dare you to pick up the Bible and ask God to reveal Himself through it, ask God to show you its transforming power. He will. You will be changed. You will be encouraged, it will be well with your soul, it’s truth will set you free. (John 17:17) No doubt about it. I believe. Why? Because I am a person who has been saved, changed, healed, navigated, encouraged and counseled by the living Word of God. I believe.

Don’t believe it because I say it, experience it for yourself. I believe the Word of God, The Bible, is the most transformative book ever written, because the Spirit of God is alive in it, and through this written Word of God, our human condition is transformed. Read it, the Bible. Meditating in it, The Bible, Study it, The Bible, and be changed by it, The Bible. God bless ya.
